Registration related questions

Why am I not seeing the member rate?

For AHOU members with a 2025 individual membership, you must be logged in to see the discounted rate.

For AHOU members on a 2025 company membership plan, you will need to apply the company discount code at checkout to see the member rate. Companies have a designated number of member conference discounts to apply based on their plan size, so please reach out to your company administrator to see if you are eligible for discounted registration. Otherwise, you will be asked to pay the non-member rate.

Why is my discount code not working?

Discount codes are case sensitive, and may be specific to the type of membership access you have. If you are on a company plan, please ensure you are logged into the account listed on your company plan roster by reaching out to your administrator, or contact  memberservices@ahou.org.

Where is my registration/order confirmation?

Please check your clutter or spam folder first if you cannot find your order confirmation or registration email. If you need another copy to be sent, you can locate your order in your AHOU account. Go to "My AHOU" and select "My Account." Under account settings, select "My Orders."  Then select "Details" on your order to show your order details and you can re-send, print, or email your order invoice to another email address.

If your order isn't visible, drop down the "Last 7 Days" menu and change it to "All."

Do I have to go to the session I registered for?

At the conference, you can go to any session you wish. By indicating your interest ahead of time, it helps us to anticipate interest in the session and make sure there is enough seating for attendees. 

Can I register someone else for the conference?

Please do not register for other individuals on your AHOU account. Individuals are required to register on their own account and sign the code of conduct and conference policies. If you do not have an account with AHOU, you can create one for free. 

Registering someone else on your account may result in your account name and username being changed, and confirmation emails to be sent to the wrong email address. 

How can I update my badge information?

Please contact memberservices@ahou.org for assistance.

What is the Refund/Cancellation Policy?

All cancellations and refund requests must be in writing to memberservices@ahou.org. Full refunds minus a $100 administrative fee will be granted only on cancellations received at least ten (10) business days prior to the start of the conference (by April 24, 2025). No refunds will be granted after that date.

What is included in my registration fee?

Registration fees for the full conference includes admission to all general and concurrent sessions, access to the conference app, entry to the AHOU Solution Showcase, a welcome reception, breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, a conference networking reception and refreshment breaks.

Where can I find information about the hotel, travel, and what to wear?

Visit our Hotel & Travel Info page for details about the hotel, travel and transportation, and expected temperatures for Anaheim in May. 

Can AHOU help with my room reservation?

Hotel booking and reservations are separate than conference registration, and AHOU does not have access to your hotel reservation or information. For questions about the hotel or your reservation, please visit the hotel website or call +1 617-236-5800.

The AHOU Conference App

Information about the AHOU Conference App will be included in the "Know Before You Go" email. This is sent 10 days prior to the start of the conference.

Your login is the email used for your conference registration, and the password is included in the email. It is a universal password different than your AHOU account password. The password will also be posted in the conference program. 

Will there be WIFI?

Yes, free wifi is available throughout the event space. The password will be on display at the registration desk.

Is the schedule different than previous years?

Yes, to accommodate East coast departures on Wednesday, the general schedule for the 2025 Conference includes the following changes:

  • Attendees get an additional Session on Monday Afternoon
  • We've adjusted the Monday Solution Showcase Hours
  • We're expanding our Tuesday Networking Reception to include the California Dreamin' Music Festival
  • The Conference will conclude by 10 am on Wednesday

What is the Guest Policy?

Individuals in an industry-related position, co-workers, or associates wishing to attend sessions do not qualify for guest registration. Registered Guests (displaying a conference Guest Badge) are invited to attend the following events:

  • Solution Showcase on Sunday and Monday
  • Sunday Welcome Reception (at the Solution Showcase)
  • Breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
  • Tuesday Networking Reception

Guest Fee: $300 – in U.S. currency

Guests are also welcome to attend the Monday and Wednesday mainstage presentations after all registrants have been seated. Participation and attendance in the discussion group and workshop sessions is limited only to those who have paid the full registration fee for the conference. Guests who have not properly registered and received a name badge will be denied entry to all AHOU functions by hotel security.

Guests must be 12 years of age or older – it is AHOU policy that children under the age of 12, including infants in strollers and/or carriages, will not be allowed admission to conference social functions, breakfasts, and/or receptions and will not be admitted into the exhibit hall and/or educational sessions. Please plan for childcare accordingly.

Is there special pricing for Disneyland?

Yes! AHOU Conference attendees (with a registration confirmation) may purchase up to six (6) tickets from the ticket store. For more details on AHOU's special rate and the link to purchase, visit the Hotel & Travel Info page. Don't delay! Prices are subject to change without notice. The special pricing store ends at 9:00 PM PST on Saturday, May 3, 2025.

Is the Conference Impacted by the Wildfires in California?

AHOU extends its thoughts to everyone impacted by the fires in California early this year. AHOU plans to honor the victims of the fires during our meeting. The meeting is still scheduled for May 4-7 in Anaheim and will proceed as planned.

How do I find what sessions I registered for?

The sessions you registered for can be found on your registration confirmation email or order summary. To find your registration/order confirmation on your AHOU account, refer to the section below titled "Where is my registration/order confirmation?"

Where can I find conference presentation handouts?

Presentations received from the presenters prior to the conference will be available in the AHOU Conference app. The conference organizers will not be providing hard copies of handouts for this conference.

When will the slides and recordings from the conference become available?

It typically takes us 4-6 weeks to process, edit, and upload all the conference sessions to the website. We will email all attendees once this process is complete. Please be patient as we work through hours of great educational material, and do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible. Attendees can expect an email with additional information in mid-June.
