Comfort, health, and safety are a top priority for AHOU. During the registration process, each attendee is must attest that they will adhere to AHOU's Vaccine Policy (below); Communicable Disease Liability Waiver and Release of Claims; and Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policy. AHOU will continue to closely monitor local, state, and federal health and safety protocols and reserves the right to update this notice and the event policies at any time. All attendees are required to comply with the policies in place at the time of the Annual Conference. 

Vaccine Policy

AHOU will require all attendees to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to the conference.* Proof of vaccination must show that the attendee is fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as defined by the CDC. Additional information will be provided to attendees as to how they can share the proof prior to the Annual Conference.

At the Annual Conference, those without appropriate proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test (when applicable*) will not be permitted to enter any Annual Conference meetings or events. Registration fees will not be refunded.

We will be making decisions on additional precautionary measures — such as mask-wearing and social distancing — closer to the date of the event and in accordance with the latest CDC guidance, local requirements, and hotel policies.

* If you have a qualifying medical condition, disability or religious reason that prevents you from getting the vaccine you can submit proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 48 hours prior to the Annual Conference start date.

Vaccine Verification for Registrants

AHOU is working with a HIPAA-compliant platform, called ShareMy.Health, that allows registrants to comply with the health and safety protocols in place for the conference.

Registrants will receive a link to submit proof of vaccination* using the ShareMy.Health platform prior to the conference.

* If you have a qualifying medical condition, disability or religious reason that prevents you from getting the vaccine, you can submit proof of a negative COVID-19 test beginning April 28th. AHOU will accept at home tests and PCR tests. You must include a picture of the negative test that includes the results, your name, and date of test. Please note that you will not be able to submit your test results to ShareMy.Health prior to April 28th.
